Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Linguistics, Communication, Languages, or related field
Has at least two years of experience in hospitality, tourism or cruise operations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and cross\-cultural communication abilities
Experience working with international clients or multicultural teams is an advantage
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast\-paced environment
Proficiency in English required; additional languages are a plus

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate projects and daily operations across departments
Communicate with international clients, cruise partners, and suppliers
Support scheduling, documentation, and workflow management
Ensure clear and professional communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
Assist in managing multilingual communications and client relations
Maintain project timelines and provide regular status updates
