Project Coordinator

Overview:

Altus Safety is a leading, national, specialist working at height subcontractor within the construction industry and built environment that specialises in the design, supply, and installation of permanent roof access \& fall protection equipment.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail\-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of maintenance projects. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross\-functional teams.

Duties:

\- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans.

\- Coordinate project activities and ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

\- Managing short duration maintenance projects nationwide.

\- Manage project documentation, including maintaining accurate records and files.

\- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

\- Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies as needed.

\- Support cost control efforts by tracking project expenses and ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.

\- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements:
