Gordale Garden Centre is a long\-established, family\-run business set across 15 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. We’re proud of our welcoming atmosphere, strong team spirit, and the care we put into everything we do — from customer experience to how we support our people.

We’re looking for a creative, proactive Marketing Assistant who wants to make a real impact. This is a hands\-on role where you’ll plan, create, and drive marketing campaigns and events across digital, print, and in\-store channels.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support seasonal marketing campaigns that bring our promotions and events to life


• Manage and create content for social media, our website, and customer email communications


• Design and maintain in\-store signage, promotional materials, and visual displays


• Help plan and execute events that attract and engage our customers


• Analyse and report on campaign performance, helping shape future marketing activity

About You

• You have experience in marketing, digital content, or communications, or possess strong transferable skills


• You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities


• You’re confident with digital tools and platforms, and enjoy creating engaging content


• You work well in a collaborative team and enjoy contributing ideas


• You’re ambitious and eager to grow your marketing skills in a supportive environment
