Project Co-ordinator

The Shire Group is searching experienced Project Coordinator to join our growing team.

Office\-based \- Leeds \| Monday\-Friday 8AM\-4:30PM \| £28,000 per annum \|

The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised Project Co\-Ordinator to support the delivery of Refurbishment, Reactive and Life cycle work projects and frameworks. You’ll work closely with Project Managers to keep schedules tight, teams aligned, and clients informed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting Project Managers with day\-to\-day project delivery


• Coordinating weekly pre\-start meetings (labour \& materials ready to go)


• Managing PM diaries across North \& South regions


• Creating and updating project programmes (Simpro, Microsoft Project, Excel)


• Keeping systems and databases accurate and up to date


• Communicating project updates to clients


• Raising purchase orders and supporting procurement


• Providing general administration support (training schedules, contract renewals)


• Attend site visits when required

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)


• Experience with Simpro, Microsoft, or similar systems (preferred)


• Excellent organisation and time management


• Ability to juggle multiple priorities


• Clear communication skills


• A proactive, can\-do attitude


• General knowledge of general construction desired but not essential

• £28,000 per annum
