About us:
We are a dynamic and fast\-paced company, seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and customer interactions. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in both project management and administration in a collaborative environment. Suitable admin assistants would be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Database Management: Efficiently manage multiple databases using Excel, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- RAMs Creation: Develop Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMs) for various jobs, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.
- CRM System Usage: Utilize OGL CRM to manage customer interactions, track leads, and maintain client relationships.
- Quotes \& Sales Orders: Raise quotes and process sales orders, providing clients with accurate and timely information.
- Stock Allocation: Allocate and assign stock to various projects, ensuring all materials are available as required.
- Client Communication: Maintain positive relationships with clients, answering queries and providing support where necessary.
- Travel Coordination: Book hotel rooms and arrange accommodation for staff.
- General Administration: Manage general administrative tasks, including answering phones, filing, and maintaining office systems.
- Project Management: Help coordination of projects from start to finish, allocating resources and stock, ensuring deadlines are met, and delivering on time and within budget.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience managing databases.
- Previous experience using CRM systems.
- Ability to create RAMs and understand health and safety requirements.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: £27,000\.00\-£29,000\.00 per year
