Project and Operations Assistant

Location: Egham, Surrey

Salary: Competitive DOE

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm

CTR Select is recruiting on behalf of their client based in Egham and they are seeking a Project and Operations Assistant to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to support project delivery and business operations within a fast-paced environment. Working closely with Project Managers and senior stakeholders, you'll help coordinate projects, maintain accurate records, and ensure effective communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project handovers and ensure information is accurate and complete.

  • Liaise with internal teams including Sales, Procurement, Design, Finance, and Project Delivery.

  • Maintain project records and business systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365.

  • Support Project Managers with administration, reporting, documentation, and project tracking.

  • Produce operational reports and updates for management.

  • Monitor workloads, schedules, and resource allocation.

  • Assist with process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

Skill and experience
  • Experience in project administration, project coordination, operations support, or a similar role.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar systems is advantageous.
