  • Maintain accurate evaluation records, spreadsheets and CRM information.

  • Communicate with young people and families to encourage continued participation.

  • Act as a key point of contact for Peer Researchers.

  • Monitor evaluation completion and identify any gaps or barriers to engagement.

  • Produce regular updates and reports on evaluation activity.

  • Escalate safeguarding or engagement concerns appropriately.

  • Work collaboratively with programme and delivery teams.

  • Support improvements to evaluation processes and participant engagement.
About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

  • Has strong communication and relationship\-building skills.

  • Is confident communicating with young people, families and professionals.

  • Can manage appointments, deadlines and competing priorities.

  • Is comfortable using Excel, spreadsheets, CRM systems or databases.

  • Understands the importance of confidentiality, data protection and accurate record keeping.

  • Has an understanding of safeguarding when working with young people.

  • Can work independently while contributing positively to a wider team.

  • Is proactive, reliable and solution\-focused.
Experience working with young people, volunteers, Peer Researchers, community programmes or evaluation activity would be desirable. An understanding of trauma\-informed or restorative approaches would also be advantageous.

This is an opportunity to be part of meaningful work that supports young people and helps us understand and improve the impact of our programmes.

You will work within a supportive and collaborative team, gaining valuable experience in evaluation coordination, participant engagement and partnership working.

Additional Information

The role is 16 hours per week and may include some evening and occasional weekend work to accommodate young people's availability.

An enhanced DBS check will be required before appointment, and relevant training will be provided.
