Project Administrator
The role of Project Administrator:
- Inputting, updating, and maintaining data within Excel spreadsheets and internal systems
- Tracking daily work progress and deadlines through organised systems
- Producing regular reports and data analysis, ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Assisting with preparing reports and presentations for meetings
- Providing day\-to\-day administrative support across the team
- Updating daily records of engineers' completed work
- Scheduling jobs and managing workloads
- Maintaining timesheets, calendars, and meeting coordination
- Managing internal and external communications
- Maintaining accurate records and organising documentation in line with company processes
- Preparing and editing documents to a high standard
- Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to support operations
- Using Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role
- Previous experience working with data, reporting, or scheduling desirable
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (intermediate to advanced)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive approach with strong problem\-solving ability
- Candidates must be eligible to undergo relevant security checks
