Compliance & HR Administrator
Location: Slough (SL3 0HQ) – *Office\-based only (no hybrid working)*
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (42\.5 hours per week)
Lunch: 30\-minute *paid* break
Pay: £13\.00 per hour (Approx. £28,730 per annum)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Compliance \& HR Administrator to join our team in a fast\-paced office environment. This is a fully office\-based role where you will play a key part in supporting compliance and HR functions, ensuring all processes, systems, and documentation are accurate, up to date, and audit\-ready.

Key Responsibilities
- Collate, manage, and maintain the compliance calendar
- Upload, organise, and maintain compliance and HR documentation
- Accurately update internal systems and records
- Draft, review, and update company policies and procedures
- Conduct thorough 5\-year pre\-employment checks
- Ensure compliance deadlines are met and records are audit\-ready
- Confidently handle incoming calls and respond to general enquiries
- Support wider HR administrative duties
- Work efficiently within an ad hoc, fast\-paced environment
- Fully confident communicating over the phone
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast\-paced environment
- Professional and discreet when handling sensitive information
- Previous experience in HR, compliance, or administration is desirable
- Full\-time, stable office\-based role
