Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑driven Project \& Account Manager with recent experience in office relocation, removals, or furniture installation. This role is central to ensuring seamless coordination between site operations and office‑based project support, delivering a consistent and professional service to our clients.
You will manage client accounts, oversee project delivery, and act as the key link between field teams, planners, logistics coordinators, and clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to use data and to drive project performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring all works meet client expectations, safety standards, and RHT Group’s quality benchmarks.
- Act as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and managing all account‑related communication.
- Coordinate closely with office‑based teams (planning, scheduling, logistics, customer service) to ensure site activities are fully aligned with project plans.
- Provide clear and proactive site feedback, including progress updates, photographs, risk alerts, and resource requirements, enabling accurate reporting and rapid issue resolution.
- Analyse project performance data, using an internal software package and other tools to identify trends, improve delivery efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction.
- Lead project meetings, presenting updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring all key personnel remain aligned.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, supporting business growth and strengthening client partnerships.
- Proven experience in project management or account management, ideally within office installation, removals, relocation, or workplace change.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams and coordinating multi‑stage projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage confidently with clients at all levels.
- Strong analytical capability, with experience interpreting data to support decision‑making.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering results.
- Willingness to travel nationwide where required.
