Professional Sales Executive West\-Vlaanderen
Location: Sint Salvatorstraat 18/201, 9000 Gent
In this role, you will drive the revenue increase and market share increase of the EBU department on the Soho and SME markets by:
- Acquiring Soho and SME customers on all line of business that OBE is proposing to its B2B Soho and SME customers/prospects (Mobile, Fix \& ICT).
- Managing a client portfolio through X\-sell, up\-sell and securitization.
- Develop new business with a focus on Soho (Companies up to 10 FTE) but also SME (companies up to 99 FTE).
- Contact prospects, audit/listens actively to their needs, identify the suitable Orange solutions in telecom \& ICT and propose the best Orange designed solution out of all products \& services that Orange proposes on those markets in Mobile (voice and data, standard solutions), Fix (VDSL, COAX, Fiber). Depending on your knowledge of those products (growing), you propose ICT solutions to your clients/prospects (Cloud Telephony, Security, MDM solutions) and Hardware (devices, fleet management). You genera e leads to our partners and affiliates (ex: Orange ICT) when possible on your perimeter.
- Responsible for the increase of commercial activities (X\-sell, Up\-sell) on your customer portfolio by selling the Orange products and services. You understand their complementary or evolving needs. You evaluate their satisfaction regarding our company products and services. You use your market and product knowledgeto make accurate and competitive offers and to maximize customer satisfaction with Orange services.
- You ensure retention of your larger clients in portfolio (ARPU \> 200 Eur) through offering offers for connectivity and ICT adapted to their needs.
- Ensure 100% follow\-up in due time of all assigned leads/campaigns and keep all tooling systems up\-to\-date (CRM, order management system) for all relevant clients related activity.
- Responsible for your opportunities identification, prospect onboarding and quality of the signed orders via the provided activation tools.
- Handle autonomously simple acquisitions, retention and contract extension cases. Youare coached for the more complex cases or when a deal should be presented to an internal validation meeting.
- Ensure close follow\-up in case customers escalate problems such as technical issues, contracts and billingmatters.
- Graduate or master degree in sales or in marketing or similar through experience.
- 1\-3 years of experience in a sales\-oriented function, retail or preferably in a B2B environment, preferably in Telcom selling.
- Sales management (selling techniques, sales speeches, from prospection to conversion).
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM suite \& MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
- Good level of presentation skills.
- Time Management.
- Capacity to identify client needs and propose accurate solution.
- Courageous \& positive attitude.
- Fluent in Dutch, knowledge of French and English is an extra asset.
