Production Support Engineer

Role: Production Support Engineer

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon Portugal

Required skills:

• Master's Degree in computer science or computer engineering


• 5\+ years of experience in IT Operations or Software Engineering


• At least 2\+ years of hands\-on experience with a Cloud provider (IBM/AWS/Azure/Google)


• At least 2\+ years of hands\-on experience Ansible/Docker


• Strong knowledge of Linux platform and CLI


• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python and/or Bash preferred)


• Good understanding of Continuous integration (Jenkins, Travis, Concourse, etc.)


• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform.)


• Good Public cloud environments experience with IBM Cloud or AWS or Azure
