A great opportunity to join a small manufacturing plant within a well-established and reputable company. We are seeking a motivated individual with previous production experience, or someone looking to start their first role within a production environment.

You will be responsible for producing product solutions, including mixing, packaging, and labelling techniques. The successful candidate will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, supporting a positive and harmonious working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities: • Complete customer orders in line with the Production Schedule

Mix production batches to fulfil customer orders

Perform rework as advised by Quality, following standard or special procedures

Review Production Schedules and discuss potential adjustments where necessary

Fill, label, and package orders according to customer requirements

Adhere to cleanliness and visual control standards using the 5S system to maintain a well-organised, low-risk manufacturing environment

Set up, operate, and maintain a range of manufacturing equipment

Maintain packing and filling equipment, including pan packs and scales

Accurately record manufacturing details using both paper-based and electronic systems

Monitor weekly Kanban tip-capping levels, planning and refilling as required

Support internal communications and maintain awareness of the company’s brand, direction, aims, and activities

Undertake relevant training to develop skills in line with the role’s responsibilities

Maintain vigilance in all matters relating to health and safety within the manufacturing plant and company premises
