Job Title: Production Operative

Shifts: 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am)

To operate bakery equipment and systems effectively while carrying out first\-line maintenance activities to achieve performance against key operational metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Working as part of a team to keep the production line running

Making sure products are made safely and to the right quality

Checking the line and materials during your shift

Recording basic information using simple systems

Keeping your work area clean and tidy

Helping fix small issues or reporting problems quickly

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a factory, warehouse or food environment (preferred but not essential)

Basic maths, reading and IT skills

Reliable and able to work as part of a team

Willing to learn and follow instructions

Good attention to detail

The Role Involves

Standing for long periods

Working with machinery and production lines

Following food safety and hygiene standards

Working to targets as part of a team
