Product Manager - Payments (M/F)

The Product Manager \- Payments is responsible for defining, driving, and delivering payment products and capabilities across all channels. The role ensures alignment between business priorities, client needs, regulatory requirements, and IT delivery, while maintaining a strong focus on security, efficiency, and customer experience.
Your next challenge:
- Product Strategy \& Vision:
- Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for payment capabilities.
- Translate business strategy into product objectives and priorities.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and market evolution.
- Product Delivery \& Execution:
- Own and prioritise the product backlog.
- Drive end\-to\-end delivery from concept to production.
- Ensure delivery in line with scope, budget, and timelines.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinate Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Operations stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment and decision\-making.
- Provide clear reporting to governance forums.
- Payments Expertise \& Innovation:
- Maintain strong expertise in payments (SEPA, instant, cards, processing).
- Identify improvements and innovations.
- Risk, Compliance \& Fraud:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal frameworks.
- Integrate fraud prevention measures.
- Performance \& Continuous Improvement:
- Define KPIs and monitor performance.
- Drive optimization and cost efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of payments ecosystem (SEPA, international payments, processing).
- Fluency in both English and French is mandatory \- any other language is a plus
- Understanding of regulatory environment.
- Experience in product management in banking/payments.
- Agile delivery experience
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities.
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Ability to operate in complex environments
- Clear and structured communication
- Pragmatic and delivery\-focused
- Experience with fraud prevention is a plus
- Knowledge of digital banking channels
- Familiarity with payment schemes and providers
