Product Manager [Hybrid - Porto, Portugal]

We are looking for a Product Manager to join a strategic team focused on Logistics \& Supply Chain products, supporting warehouse operations, transportation, and supply chain processes within a large\-scale digital environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve one or more products within the Logistics \& Supply Chain domain, especially related to Warehousing and Transportation;


• Collaborate closely with Business Owners to understand business challenges, refine requirements, and propose suitable solutions;


• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for the products, considering medium and long\-term evolution;


• Continuously evaluate product evolution needs, decommissioning opportunities, or replacement strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals;


• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams, including Product Managers, Engineering, and Support teams;


• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business value through product evolution;


• Support cross\-functional initiatives involving multiple products and business domains.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role;


• Previous experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Transportation, or related business domains is highly valued;


• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;


• Experience working with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum;


• Strategic mindset with focus on product evolution and business value generation;


• Ability to design transversal solutions by articulating different products to solve complex business needs;


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;


• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in enterprise\-scale digital environments;


• Familiarity with supply chain operational processes;


• Experience working with data\-driven product decisions and KPIs;


• Experience collaborating with engineering and support teams in complex ecosystems.
