Product Manager – Motorcycle Parts \& Accessories

Are you a motorcycle enthusiast with a deep technical understanding of what makes a bike tick? Do you combine a passion for two wheels with a sharp commercial mind?

We are a leading B2B motorcycle distribution business looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role where you will bridge the gap between our suppliers, our sales team, and dealer network. You won’t just be managing a spreadsheet; you’ll be the go\-to expert for a range of motorcycle parts and accessories.

The Role

As our Product Manager, you will take full ownership of your category’s lifecycle. You will be responsible for identifying market trends, selecting new products, and ensuring our inventory remains the best in the business. You will work closely with manufacturers to understand technical specifications and translate that into clear, compelling information for our customers.

You will manage your own product range portfolio, which means getting out into the field.

You will occasionally travel across the UK and Europe to visit trade shows, meet with international suppliers, and stay ahead of the curve in the global motorcycle industry.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the full product lifecycle for a diverse range of motorcycle parts and accessories.

· Utilise your technical expertise to evaluate product quality, fitment, and performance.

· Identify and onboard new suppliers and products that align with our portfolio and market demand.

· Act as the technical point of contact for internal/External teams, and dealers

· Monitor competitor activity and market pricing to ensure we remain the distributor of choice.

· Represent the company at major industry events and trade shows across the UK and Europe.

About You

· Technical Expertise: You must have a comprehensive understanding of motorcycle mechanics, parts, and the wider accessories market. Whether it’s performance exhausts, braking systems, or hard parts, you know how they work and why they matter.

· Commercial Acumen: You understand the distribution model and how to balance technical excellence with profitability and stock turnover.

· Communication Skills: You can talk "bike" with mechanics and "business" with directors. You are comfortable presenting product ranges and technical data.

· Microsoft : You will need to be competent in excel, CRM systems, PPT and word.

· Adventurous Spirit: You are willing and able to travel. A valid passport and a willingness to spend time on the road (and at European shows) are essential.

· Passion: Ideally, you are a rider yourself. You understand the community and what riders are looking for.
