We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Marketing Team in our Bolton International Business Unit based in Belgium.
How you make the difference
As Product Manager, you are the driving force behind the commercial success of our portfolio of Home and Personal Care brands. You are responsible for the marketing of our products in Belgium, ensuring that commercial targets are met, the product lifecycle is managed effectively, and our brands continue to thrive. You work with some of our iconic brands; Carolin, WC Net, Omino Bianco and Borotalco, widely distributed across all key retailers of Belgium and to the vast majority of households.
How your agenda looks like:
- Develop and execute product category strategies and product roadmaps that align with our commercial objectives and local market opportunities.
- Drive product introductions and revenue growth within existing categories through effective go\-to\-market strategies, marketing campaigns, and POS strategies.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure product success and foster data\-driven decision\-making.
- Act as the go\-to product expert: know everything about our products and actively share this knowledge within cross\-functional teams, both locally and at corporate level.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and customer feedback to shape product improvements and future actions
You will report to the Marketing Manager and be part of the Marketing Team. You will work closely with colleagues in Belgium, the Netherlands and at European/corporate level
What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Demonstrable experience as a Brand Manager or Product Manager or in a comparable role, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills; familiarity
- Proficiency in Dutch and English (spoken and written). French is a plus.
- Work location: Diegem, Belgium
- Working Hours: Full Time (39 hours per week)
- Remote Working: Standard business hours with remote working options available
