About the Role

John Morrison BMW is seeking a confident, customer\-focused and enthusiastic Product Genius / Junior Sales Executive to join our Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about premium vehicles, technology and delivering an exceptional customer experience, while also developing a career in automotive sales within a professional BMW dealership environment.

In this role, you will act as a BMW brand ambassador, helping customers understand the features, technology and benefits of BMW vehicles in a friendly, informative and pressure\-free way. You will support customers throughout their journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, while gaining valuable experience and training towards a future Sales Executive role.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide customers with clear, engaging and personalised product demonstrations.

· Explain BMW technology, connectivity, driver assistance systems and vehicle features in an easy\-to\-understand manner.

· Support the Sales team by enhancing the customer experience before, during and after the sales process.

· Assist with vehicle handovers, ensuring customers are fully comfortable with their new BMW.

· Keep up to date with BMW products, model launches, electric vehicles and digital services.

· Help maintain high standards in the showroom and contribute to a welcoming, premium customer environment.

· Build strong relationships with customers and encourage long\-term loyalty to Morrison BMW.

About You

· You have a genuine interest in cars, technology and premium customer service.

· You are confident communicating with customers and can explain technical information clearly.

· You are friendly, professional, organised and eager to learn.

· You enjoy working as part of a team in a busy, customer\-facing environment.

· Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, technology or the motor industry would be an advantage.

· A full, clean driving licence is required.
