Feridax is on the lookout for a proactive Product \& E\-commerce Executive to manage the end to end product lifecycle across our digital channels. You will ensure product information is accurate, optimised, and effectively managed across D2C and B2B platforms, supporting customer experience, conversion, and revenue growth.

Working closely with buying, marketing, customer service, and development teams, you will play a key role in product management, merchandising, and e\-commerce performance. Experience with Magento 2 and Shopify is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product \& Platform Management

  • Own product setup, launch, maintenance, and distribution across digital channels.

  • Ensure product data, content, pricing, imagery, and attributes are accurate and up to date.

  • Manage product merchandising and catalogue structure within Magento 2 and Shopify.

  • Support platform enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution.

  • Coordinate product launches, updates, and catalogue changes.
Performance \& Optimisation
  • Monitor and analyse product and website performance.

  • Use data and customer insights to improve product discoverability, customer experience, and conversion.

  • Support testing and optimisation initiatives.

  • Produce reports and recommendations to support commercial decision making.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure products are accurately represented across all channels.

  • Champion a customer focused approach and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential

  • Experience in an e\-commerce, product, catalogue, or merchandising role.

  • Experience managing product information and product lifecycles.

  • Strong knowledge of Magento 2 and Shopify.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using reporting and analytics tools.

  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
Desirable
  • Experience with CRO, A/B testing, UX/UI, SEO, PIM, or ERP systems.
Personal Attributes
  • Customer focused and commercially minded.

  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail oriented.

  • Data driven with strong problem solving skills.

  • Collaborative and comfortable taking ownership.

Working hours are 08:45am \- 5pm Monday to Friday

Benefits include:

  • 23 days holiday, increasing by 1 day at years 4 and 5 of service, and an additional days worth of Life Admin hours.
