<p>We are looking for a talented and data-driven ProdOps and Support Engineer – an energetic self-starter and problem-solver with outstanding technical skills, and interested in growing and learning from the best.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor, maintain and support Optimove’s production environment.</li>
<li>A key person for integration projects and requests from customers (data and application-oriented).</li>
<li>Investigate and debug ETL processes.</li>
<li>Conduct data QA and analysis (Snowflake, MsSQL, BigQuery).</li>
<li>Perform configuration management.</li>
<li>Create robust and scalable processes.</li>
<li>Communicate directly with customers to solve technical issues.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Outstanding technical skills.</li>
<li>Experience in SaaS B2B.</li>
<li>Experience with SQL.</li>
<li>Fast learner looking to be exposed to, and to work with, new technologies.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li>
<li>Team player with self-learning and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Agile, highly motivated, exceptional work ethics, ambitious, a super-multitasker and with a sense of responsibility to follow through on tasks.</li>
<li>You should be able to talk about technology, even with non-technical people in a clear and coherent way.</li>
<li>Ability to learn quickly in a fast-pasted environment, and come up with creative ideas for improvements.</li>
<li>Technologies fascinate you – you must be familiar with software technologies (such as web and mobile SDK, APIs, SQL, JSON, HTML, JavaScript).</li>
<li>Strong attention to details and ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.</li>
<li>Must be eligible to work in the UK – we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time</li>
<li>This is a Hybrid role, and you will be required in our Dundee office two days per week. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Desired:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working with enterprise-grade customers.</li>
<li>Experience debugging issues in web applications – logs, networking, etc.</li>
<li>Experience with monitoring tools (DataDog, Kibana, Elastic).</li>
<li>Understanding of networking terminologies and functionality such as DNS, http, ports etc...</li>
</ul>
