Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organisational policies.


• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and communication.


• Manage resource allocation, including staffing levels, equipment, and materials.


• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.


• Resolve escalated issues promptly and effectively to maintain high standards of service.


• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

• Proven supervising experience in a management or leadership role.


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.


• Demonstrable management expertise with a focus on team development and performance optimisation.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£45,000\.00 per year
