Up to £46,000 per annum \+ 15% bonus

A market leading engineering company specialising in Offshore \& Renewables are looking for a Process Engineer to join their growing Local Operations Team!

Reporting into the Manufacturing Manager, the successful Process Engineer will be responsible for researching and implementing new manufacturing processes, leading lean and 5S initiatives, developing SOPs, and driving continuous improvement across production to enhance quality, efficiency and cost performance.

Process Engineer Requirements:

• Degree, or equivalent, in an engineering discipline


• Lean / Six Sigma qualification


• Proven track record within a fast\-paced, demanding manufacturing environment


• CAD proficiency (AutoCAD minimum)


• Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action delivery


• Involvement in change initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Process Engineer Benefits:
