About Us
Free From Direct is a family\-run online retailer specialising in healthy snacks, free\-from foods, coffee syrups and speciality grocery products. We sell through Amazon, our Shopify website and other online marketplaces, serving customers throughout the UK.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded E\-commerce \& Marketing Executive to help drive our online growth and support the day\-to\-day management of our digital sales channels.

The Role
This is a varied hands\-on role covering Amazon, Shopify, digital marketing, product launches and commercial administration. You will work closely with the Director and take ownership of many of the day\-to\-day tasks involved in growing our online business.
We're looking for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of e\-commerce and is keen to take responsibility for delivering results.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Amazon Marketplace
- Create and optimise Amazon listings
- Upload and manage A\+ Content
- Carry out keyword research and competitor analysis
- Monitor listing health and resolve issues
- Manage promotions and product launches
- Assist with Amazon PPC advertising campaigns
- Analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities
- Create and maintain product listings
- Upload product images and product content
- Update pricing, promotions and collections
- Improve product pages and customer experience
- Assist with website optimisation and conversion improvements
- Assist with Google Ads management and optimisation
- Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Help plan and schedule social media content
- Monitor marketing performance and produce reports
- Research trends and opportunities within the market
- Research new products, brands and suppliers
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing
- Identify opportunities to grow sales and profitability
- Support new product launches
- Prepare reports and recommendations for management
- Assist with customer service enquiries when required
- Support business projects and process improvements
- Provide general office and administrative support
Essential
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Experience with Shopify or another e\-commerce platform
- Good understanding of online retail and marketplaces
- Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Amazon PPC experience
- Google Ads experience
- Email marketing experience
- Experience within FMCG, food or consumer products
- Experience with eBay, TikTok Shop or other marketplaces

Pay: £32,000\.00\-£37,000\.00 per year
