Our client is a prestigious Chambers-listed, Legal 500 law firm seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE to join its established team in Wokingham as part of its succession planning.
This is an excellent opportunity to handle high-quality Private Client work, build strong client relationships and develop your career within a supportive team of 8 fee earners, with full Legal Secretary support.
The Role
You will advise on a broad range of Private Client matters, including:
- Wills, LPAs and Inheritance Tax planning
- Estate and trust administration
- Elderly client and Court of Protection matters
- Trust creation, administration and accounting
- Estate planning and client relationship management
- 3+ years’ PQE in Private Client law
- Strong experience in Wills, Trusts, Estates and IHT
- Excellent client-facing and technical skills
- STEP qualification desirable but not essential
- Ambition to develop and progress within the firm
- £60,000–£75,000 depending on experience
