Wokingham with travel along the M4 corridor
Salary: circa £60,000 per annum
Roselands Resourcing are proud to be partnering with a well established, growing organisation to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner. This is a high impact opportunity for a commercially astute HR professional to work closely with senior leaders, shape the people agenda and drive meaningful business outcomes across a multi-site operation.
This is a true business partnering role.
Reporting into the HR Director and working alongside a team of HR professionals you’ll work closely with leaders across multiple teams and sites, helping them navigate people challenges, improve performance and develop their teams. You’ll need to be comfortable building strong relationships when you’re not sitting alongside stakeholders every day, and able to balance immediate business needs with the wider organisational priorities.
The Role
You’ll work closely with senior leaders and managers across the business, providing practical HR advice and helping them make confident decisions on a range of people matters, including:
- Employee relations, including complex and sensitive cases
- Organisational change, workforce planning and organisational design
- Talent, succession, performance and leadership development
- Coaching and developing managers
- Using people data and insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Working with shared service teams to deliver an effective HR service
- Supporting a consistent, commercially focused approach to people management across the business
We’re particularly interested in someone who has built their career through a solid, traditional HR route, perhaps starting in HR administration, progressing into an Advisor role and then Senior HR/HR Advisor level before moving into an HRBP or HR Manager position.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience working within a shared service HR model, where you have partnered with specialist teams rather than directly managing the entire HR function.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and confidence handling complex employee relations matters.
- Experience within a multi site or geographically dispersed business, where influencing and relationship building are essential.
- Experience partnering with several teams or business areas simultaneously.
- Excellent influencing, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- A pragmatic, commercially minded approach and the ability to move comfortably between strategic thinking and hands on delivery.
