Job Description

Full time permanent position with probation period. The successful candidate will be required to take job requests from initial design to finished production. Each job will be printed by you on our in\-house state of the art digital press. This role provides a unique opportunity to design and print each job. This role is occasionally client facing so a pleasant disposition is important. This role also requires solid communication skills over the phone and by email, as this the primary source of attending to our clients design needs:

Minimum Requirements:

1\+ years of Graphic Design experience, preferably producing artwork that is ready for print and production. Minimum Level 6 in Graphic Design or Visual Communications.

Comfortable skills in the Adobe Creative Suite: Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Occasional use of Microsoft Word and other programmes which training will be provided as necessary.

Strong attention to detail, and efficient use of time

A positive, can\-do attitude with a creative mind, with a flair for ideas, design and creating visually appealing content

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, fluent English with good organisational skills. Clean driving license. Onsite parking.

Ability to juggle multiple jobs at once and work well under pressure to agreed deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

Create, design and produce high\-quality artwork for print production

Produce print ready files

Clear communication with customers and follow job briefs and take feedback

Manage artwork from initial concept to final production

Consistent attention to detail

Essential:

Adobe Creative Suite working experience. Minimum Level 6 in Graphic Design or Visual Communications.

Advantage:

Operating or knowledge of the digital printing process. Training can be provided.
