Calibration Technician (Pipette)
Job Title: Pipette Calibration Technician ( Field service)
Reports to: Liquid Handling Manager
Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a Pipette calibration technician.
Qualifications / Experience
▪ Previous experience an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
▪ Friendly, flexible and be willing to work as part of a team.
▪ High attention to detail.
▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
▪ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
▪ Ability to work under pressure and show initiative.
▪ Full driving licence is essential.
▪ Willingness to travel is essential as this is a field based role covering the entire island.
▪ Age 23 or older.
Key Responsibilities
▪ The Pipette Calibration Technician will be required to perform the calibration of pipettes both at our INAB accredited laboratory in Parkwest Industrial Park, Dublin 12, and at customer sites nationwide.
Duties
▪ Ensure conformance with ISO accreditation procedures.
▪ Liaise with departmental manager, customer service team and the customer to ensure work is carried out as per agreed schedule and requirements.
▪ Production of calibration certificates and all associated administration.
▪ Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
▪ Other adhoc duties.
