The Role

As our Principal Software Engineer, you will lead the design and development of our digital backbone from scratch.
This is a high\-autonomy, high\-impact role where you define the "how" and the "why" of our technical architecture.
You are a methodical problem\-solver who thrives in a design\-driven, rapid\-iteration environment.
Your mission is to translate "impossible" thermal problems into a secure, scalable, and maintainable SaaS platform that handles complex data interactions at the speed of the GPU refresh cycle.

What You Bring

The Essentials

- A Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent "battle\-tested" experience).
- 7\+ Years of Engineering Excellence: A proven track record of building large\-scale, customer\-facing SaaS applications in fast\-paced environments (Deep\-Tech, Fintech, or High\-Growth Startups).
- Full\-Stack Sovereignty: Deep proficiency in modern languages (Python, Go, C\#, or Java) and a methodical approach to complex data systems.
- Cloud Native Expertise: Experience securing and scaling applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Founding Grit: You are adaptable and resilient. You excel at navigating shifting priorities and ensuring high\-impact deliverables stay on track without "red tape."
