Principal Product & Solutions Mktg Manager
Position Overview:
The Product Marketing Manager will own product marketing for a designated portion of the SBS Digital Engagement portfolio, including Digital Banking and Open Banking solutions.
This role is responsible for defining product positioning, messaging, go\-to\-market strategy, and product storytelling. The position acts as a strategic partner to Product, Sales, Demand Generation, Communications, Market Intelligence, and Marketing teams to drive awareness, adoption, retention, and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop deep expertise in the assigned product portfolio.
- Create compelling messaging, positioning, and product narratives.
- Translate complex product capabilities into customer\-focused value propositions.
- Leverage market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to influence product strategy.
- Conduct and apply win/loss analysis findings.
- Partner with Analyst Relations and Market Intelligence teams to strengthen SBS market positioning.
- Contribute to pricing and packaging decisions.
- Align with senior stakeholders on go\-to\-market strategies and priorities.
- Support retention, upsell, and cross\-sell initiatives through value\-based messaging.
- Act as a strategic marketing partner to Digital Sales teams across EMEA.
- Create sales enablement and marketing collateral, including:
- + Pitch decks
+ Brochures
+ Website content
+ Value proposition materials
+ Sales enablement resources
- Support demand generation campaigns and customer storytelling initiatives.
- Lead content and messaging development for events and webinars.
- 6\+ years of experience in:
- + Product Marketing
+ Pre\-Sales
+ Banking, FinTech, SaaS, or Enterprise Software environments
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluent French and English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work from the Paris office a minimum of three days per week.
- Strong understanding of financial institutions, market challenges, and customer needs.
