About the role
You will be joining a hardworking and successful team specialising in the delivery of a wide range of
multi\-disciplinary highway infrastructure projects for public and private sector clients across the UK. The
work covers all aspects of design and management from inception through to detailed design and
construction support.
This senior role will play a key part in shaping and delivering innovative, sustainable, and future\-ready
transport solutions across the region and beyond, contributing to all types of highways schemes from
feasibility through to implementation.
You will be required to aid in the successful delivery of a wide range of projects both within the Midlands
and Nationally and aid in shaping the team development to deliver the key strategic goals of the
Transport Infrastructure capability and wider Pell Frischmann business. The team work collaboratively
across the UK and as a result we would be flexible with your office location.
You will have the opportunity to be working on many key projects in the Transport Infrastructure sector.
These include projects such as Sheffield City Centre improvements, the Midlands Metro or as part of
several major frameworks including Birmingham City Council, Thurrock, Ealing \& Hampshire. We are
frequently involved in projects that improve transport links and regenerate regions thereby providing new
opportunities for residents and businesses.
Joining Pell Frischmann will also see you be part of an expert, multidisciplinary team where you will be
supported in your development and you will support the development of others in your set discipline to
enhance your future progression aligning to your individual skills and personal aspirations. This could
include professional qualifications, technical excellence or management and leadership.
Main duties
- Lead the technical contribution to projects, whilst contributing to business development.
- Perform a variety of complex technical, professional and financial activities.
- Liaise with others advising on professional matters in connection with individual projects or project
- Develop long\-term client relationships and secures new and repeat work.
- Manage medium projects or several small projects with complex features.
- Fully understand the scope of projects and ensure all additional works above and beyond the
- Act as technical lead for your area of expertise while supporting the development of the team.
