The successful Primary Teacher will take responsibility for a Year 3 class, supporting pupils as they transition into Key Stage 2 and develop greater independence in their learning.
What You'll Be Doing • Delivering engaging lessons across the Year 3 curriculum
- Building strong foundations in reading, writing and mathematics
- Using assessment effectively to identify next steps
- Creating a classroom culture where pupils feel challenged and supported
- Working closely with colleagues as part of a collaborative year group team
- Hold QTS and have recent UK classroom experience
- Demonstrate strong classroom practice and behaviour management
- Be enthusiastic about curriculum development
- Build positive relationships with pupils and families
- Bring energy, professionalism and a team-focused approach
- Permanent contract from September 2026
