Essential
- Proven experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, forecasting, commercial strategy, or a related analytical role.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in or around ticketed events, live entertainment, leisure, hospitality, or a similar demand‑driven environment.
- Highly organised, with strong project management capabilities.
- Experience developing or implementing revenue management systems or tools.
- Familiarity with ticketing platforms and/or CRM/BI tools.
- Understanding of marketing campaign dynamics and their influence on consumer behaviour.
- Commercially minded, with a passion for uncovering insights and driving performance.
- Collaborative and able to balance multiple stakeholder perspectives and priorities.
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable challenging assumptions using data\-led reasoning.
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
