RG Group is looking for a motivated Preconstruction Assistant to join our growing Preconstruction team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in preconstruction, planning, and project delivery, supporting Design \& Build projects across commercial, residential, retail, and industrial sectors.

You’ll work closely with experienced construction professionals on live tenders and early\-stage project planning, gaining full exposure to the preconstruction lifecycle.

This role would suit someone with a T Level / HNC (or equivalent) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting tender submissions and logistics plans


• Assisting with design coordination and planning


• Helping develop construction methodologies and programmes


• Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, and design teams


• Supporting live project reporting and updates

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Microsoft Excel \& PowerPoint skills


• Good communication and organisation skills


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines


• Full UK driving licence


• Right to work in the UK
