We are looking for a highly motivated experienced General Practice Nurse to come and join our team. They will work collaboratively with our whole team to ensure we meet the needs of our patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
\*\*Overview\*\*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Practice Nurse plays a crucial role in providing high\-quality patient care and is responsible for assisting our medical professionals in delivering patient\-centered services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient care, anatomy knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
\*\*Responsibilities\*\*
\- Provide direct patient care
\- Conduct Chronic disease management, cervical cytology, family planning, childhood immunisations, travel vaccinations, smoking cessation, recording of ECGS's, weight management, injections, QOF management, sexual health.
\- Take patient histories, perform physical exams, and order and interpret diagnostic tests.
\- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and educate patients on their care.
\- Collaborate with medical professionals to diagnose and treat patients.
\- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date medical records.
\- Stay current with industry developments and adhere to best practices in patient care.
\- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
\*\*Skills\*\*
\- Strong knowledge of patient care and anatomy.
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\- Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
\- Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
\- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
\- Experience in General Practice is essential for this role.
Pay: £35,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year
