Practice Nurse (30 - 37.5 hours per week)

*Practice Nurse (30 \- 37\.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday)*

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Practice Nurse to join our busy team at the Hollies Medical Practice in Tamworth.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. They will support the delivery of the following services to patients and have existing experience working in primary care:

• Providing general advice regarding health care and minor ailments


• Chronic disease and management of long term conditions, such as asthma, COPD and Diabetes


• Immunisations


• Cytology


• Cryotherapy


• Spirometry


• Venepuncture

The practice uses EMIS Web, and although experience in using this system is desirable training will be provided.

Applicants must hold a current NMC registration and be committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
