We are looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Practice Lead to lead our busy and welcoming dental practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident manager with strong leadership,organisational,and communication skills who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and supporting a high\-performing dental team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily running of the dental practice


• Manage staff rotas,recruitment,training,and performance


• Ensure excellent patient experience and customer service


• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control standards


• Support the clinical team and dentists with operational management


• Monitor KPIs,budgets,and practice performance


• Handle patient enquiries,complaints,and feedback professionally


• Ensure compliance with General Dental Council and NHS standards where applicable


• Coordinate stock control,equipment servicing,and practice administration


• Prepare practice for Practice Inspection and work to inspection guidelines at all times.

• Previous experience in dental practice management


• Strong leadership and team management skills


• Excellent communication and organisational abilities


• Knowledge of dental software systems and practice operations


• Understanding of compliance,NHS standards,and infection control


• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment


• Professional,approachable,and patient\-focused attitude

• Dental nursing qualification and/or GDC registration


• Management or leadership qualification


• Experience working within NHS and/or private dentistry
