About Us

Battersea Park Clinic is an integrative wellness centre offering a broad range of advanced therapies, including the Energy Enhancement System, Frequency Healing, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Oxyhydrogen Machine with a Red Light Helmet, Infrared Sauna, Red and Blue Light Therapy, Medical Hair Restoration, Acupuncture, Physiotherapy and more. We are a forward\-thinking clinic at the intersection of wellness and medicine, currently looking at expanding into new clinical services.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to take full operational ownership of the clinic, reporting directly to the Director. This is a hands\-on leadership role suited to someone who can run day\-to\-day operations smoothly while helping the clinic scale and professionalise as it grows.

Key Responsibilities

*Operations \& Day\-to\-Day Management*

• Oversee the smooth daily running of the clinic, ensuring an excellent client experience from first enquiry through to treatment


• Manage clinic scheduling, room and equipment utilisation across our full range of therapies and treatment rooms


• Own and administer the practice management system (Phorest and Wix), including patient records, appointments and billing


• Ensure stock and supplies (retail products, consumables, supplements, etc.) are managed and reordered appropriately

*Team Leadership*

• Manage, support and roster front\-of\-house, therapy and clinical staff


• Recruit, onboard and train new team members as needed.


• Set and uphold standards of client care, professionalism and clinic presentation

*Compliance \& Governance*

• Maintain compliance across all clinic services, including medical device usage (e.g. narrowband UVB, photobiomodulation, hyperbaric oxygen) and clinical safety protocols


• Support the setup and ongoing compliance of new services.


• Keep policies, procedures and record\-keeping audit\-ready

*Commercial \& Growth*

• Work with the Director on pricing, packages, promotions and revenue growth


• Track key operational and financial metrics (utilisation, revenue per therapy, client retention) and report regularly


• Support marketing and referral partner initiatives, including the clinic's commission\-based referral programme

About You

• Proven experience managing a clinic, medical practice, spa or comparable health/wellness business


• Strong organisational and multitasking skills \- comfortable running a busy, varied schedule across multiple therapy types


• Confident with practice management software (experience with Phorest/Wix a strong plus)


• Understanding of, or willingness to quickly learn, compliance requirements for medical devices and clinical services


• Excellent people management skills \- calm, fair and effective with a diverse team


• A genuine interest in integrative health, wellness and emerging therapies


• Commercially minded, with the ability to balance client care with business growth
