Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced, organised and patient\-focused Practice Coordinator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong dental background who enjoys combining patient care, team and practice coordination. You will play an important role in ensuring patients receive a professional and seamless experience, while supporting the clinical team and contributing to the efficient running of the practice.

You will work closely with dentists, dental nurses, reception and management to coordinate treatment journeys, appointments and patient communication from the initial consultation through to treatment completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the patient journey from consultation through to completion of treatment.

  • Act as a key point of contact for patients, providing friendly and professional support.

  • Work closely with dentists and dental nurses to ensure treatment plans are coordinated effectively.

  • Manage appointments, treatment schedules and patient follow\-ups.

  • Communicate with dental laboratories and external providers where required.

  • Support patients with understanding their treatment plans and next steps.

  • Discuss treatment costs and available payment options clearly and professionally.

  • Monitor outstanding treatment plans and proactively follow up with patients.

  • Ensure patient records, consent forms and treatment documentation are accurate and up to date.

  • Respond to patient queries and concerns, ensuring issues are dealt with promptly and appropriately.

  • Support the practice in achieving patient experience and operational targets.

  • Assist with the smooth day\-to\-day running of the practice.

  • Identify opportunities to improve patient experience and practice efficiency.

  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain high standards of care and service.
About You

The successful candidate should be confident, approachable and highly organised, with the ability to build excellent relationships with both patients and colleagues.

You should ideally have experience in a dental practice environment and understand the importance of delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining efficient practice operations.

Expected hours: 35\.0 – 40\.0 per week
