PR & Talent Strategy Manager
Job Overview
W Mgmt is looking for an in\-house PR \& Talent Strategy Manager to amplify the agency, our influencers, models, athletes and creators grow their profiles. W Mgmt is one of London’s top model \& talent agencies, established in 2007\.
The scope of the role is broad but exciting for someone that is willing to potentially grow in\-house PR support within a busy and growing agency. The ideal candidate should be experienced and have a comprehensive contact book of industry contacts spanning fashion, beauty, luxury, entertainment \& lifestyle. Your role will have 2 key goals:
- Moving our talent beyond social media and into mainstream culture by securing red carpet appearances, media interviews, and high\-profile event invites.
- Moving the agency forward in all outward comms and PR opportunities including running all social media.
*PR \& Media Relations*
\- Create personal PR plans for our talent to increase their public profile
\- Pitch and secure spots for talent at major events like film premieres, fashion weeks, and awards shows
\- Place talent in key editorial / online \& print and TV programmes
\- Organise "vox pop" and viral media moments to keep our creators trending
\- Write professional bios, press releases, and pitch decks
\- Organise podcast schedule and find sponsors, guests etc
*Event Management*
\- Handle all logistics for events, including transport, styling, and on\-site support
\- Attend events and capture content acting as liaison between talent and brand
\- Build and maintain a strong network of event organisers, journalists, and photographers
\- Manage media interviews and "person\-on\-the\-street" segments
*Brand \& Content Support*
\- Work with our talent managers to ensure PR activity supports their brand deals
\- Help produce high\-quality professional photos and videos for talent portfolios
\- Coordinate behind\-the\-scenes content capture during events
*Social Media*
- Managing all company Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube accounts and collating and devising content
- Write and devise thought leadership content for networking platforms such as LinkedIn and other professional medianthly newsletter to all clients
\- Experience: Background in PR, talent management, or entertainment
\- Connections: You already have a "black book" of media and event contacts
\- Drive: You are highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment
\- Knowledge: You understand both internet culture and traditional media
\- Communication: You have excellent writing skills and a professional manner
Pay: £40,000\.00\-£50,000\.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in London EC2A 3BS
