We're looking for a PR Assistant who is energetic, creative, highly communicative, and genuinely loves connecting with people. If you enjoy building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping a brand grow both online and offline, we'd love to hear from you.
This is an exciting opportunity to work directly alongside our Marketing Manager, gaining hands\-on experience in public relations, marketing, brand development, partnerships, and event management within a fast\-growing hospitality brand.
What You'll Be Doing
As our PR Assistant, you will play a key role in increasing brand awareness and strengthening our relationships with media, influencers, partners, and the local community.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with journalists, media outlets, bloggers, influencers, content creators, and industry professionals.
- Identifying and developing collaboration opportunities with influencers, brands, local businesses, and community partners.
- Assisting in the planning, promotion, and execution of events, launches, pop\-ups, and special activations.
- Coordinating media visits, influencer experiences, and press coverage.
- Creating and distributing press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Supporting marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Monitoring media coverage and reporting on PR performance and campaign results.
- Researching new partnership opportunities and industry trends.
- Helping manage brand reputation and public communications.
- Assisting with content ideas, creative campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Supporting networking and community engagement activities.
- Working closely with the Marketing Manager to develop PR strategies, coordinate partnerships, and identify opportunities to grow the Inception brand.
- Collaborating with management and operational teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

- Self\-motivated, driven, and results\-oriented.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (additional languages are a plus).
- Experienced in PR, communications, marketing, events, or a related field (preferred but not essential for the right candidate).
