Introduction to the role

We're looking for an Account Executive to join the team. This is a role for someone who is curious, proactive and already has a feel for what good PR looks like in practice. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities at pace, hitting tight deadlines and maintaining excellent client relationships throughout.

What you'll be doing

• Creating and developing media materials, including press releases, press kits, fact sheets and case studies


• Developing proactive pitch ideas for clients based on their industry, current trends and key announcements


• Driving consistent, impactful media results across a portfolio of clients


• Building and nurturing relationships with media contacts, journalists and influential voices


• Daily news monitoring and competitor analysis


• Handling day\-to\-day client admin, including status updates, reporting, coverage tracking and meeting preparation


• Monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of campaigns


• Researching and assessing relevant speaking platforms and industry events that position clients as experts in their field and raise their profiles


• Participating in brainstorming sessions to develop creative and strategic thinking for clients


• Pitching in on research tasks across the team as and when needed

• At least 2 years of PR agency experience, with B2B and B2C exposure preferred


• A proven ability to secure meaningful, top\-tier media placements


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• An organised approach to juggling multiple clients and workstreams


• A creative, energetic personality and a genuine interest in the sectors we work in


• Someone who brings fresh thinking to the table, shows initiative and shares ideas and knowledge openly with the team
