PPA Manager

1\. Overall, he/she shall be the responsible for the designing, evaluating and Overall, assist the Project Manager to ensure that contract is known, enforced and fulfilled with EPC contractor and any other major services or goods suppliers of the project.

2\. Ensure that EPC produce regular reports on progress, damages, accidents, delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction sites.

3\. Liaise with EPC contractor to ensure validity/accuracy of reports and that any resulting corrective action has been implemented.

4\. Support Project Manager in contractual deviations assessment during project execution

5\. Support Project manager to issue letters, notifications and responses in the adequate timeline as per the contractual requirements.

6\. Support Project Manager to manage all claims (cost and time) from EPC contractor.

7\. Support Project Manager in the contractual relations with final offtaker’s PPA as it relates to changes in the project construction.

8\. Assure compliance of the contract in terms of fire, safety, handicap and environmental codes and regulations.

9\. Inform Project Manager of any areas of non compliance, identify corrective action and propose action plans

10\. Provide feedback to all other functions and create when adequate, contract guidance in order to have all organization informed of the current and future status of the plants in terms of contract management

11\. Attend and be proactive in the project review meetings

12\. In coordination with Tendering dept and legal, lead contract negotiations of major contracts of the Projects (EPC, AM, Local studies, LTA and OE).

13\. Assure that negotiated contracts are in line with the expectation of the company

Our Requirements

1\. MSc Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, QS or Lawyer

2\. Minimum 8 years experience in engineering and construction.

3\. Minimum of 5 years in contracts management for big epc or clients strucutre.

4\. Project Management, Project controls, Contract Management, Scheduling, cost controls, negotiation, budgeting

5\. IT: Office software, Presto, Primavera, MS Project Planner

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: €1\.00 \- €100,000\.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Milano, Lombardia
