60673Do you want to work on impactful projects driving the green energy transition, electrification, and digital infrastructure growth? Can you lead complex power system projects and deliver sustainable, resilient solutions for customers?

Are you an experienced Power System professional with leadership experience? Then, join us in shaping a sustainable and livable world.

Create solutions that enable a better future

To enable faster grid connection, reliable renewable energy integration, and resilient data centre infrastructure, we are looking for a Power System Lead to join our team working with global customers on some of the most innovative projects within renewable energy, transmission \& distribution, and mission\-critical facilities such as data centers.

We value a collaborative and trust\-based culture where professional growth and knowledge sharing are highly valued. As part of a team of 200\+ specialists in the energy sector and power systems, you will work on some of the world’s most significant projects across renewable energy, green hydrogen, e\-fuels, biomass, waste\-to\-energy, pyrolysis, and large\-scale data centre developments. In this role, you will manage technical deliveries, support project execution, and collaborate closely with customers and multidisciplinary teams while working on complex and technically challenging assignments.

Your primary responsibilities

As our new Power System Lead, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating complex power system projects and consultancy services across areas such as:

  • Oversee and coordinate power system engineering work across multidisciplinary projects

  • Manage grid connections, compliance requirements, and power system studies for renewable energy plants, T\&D systems, and data centres

  • Design HV/MV/LV systems and high\-voltage substations in line with IEC \& IEEE standards

  • Prepare specifications and tender documentation for GIS/AIS switchgear, transformers, protection \& control, UPS systems, backup power systems, and auxiliary systems

  • Develop high\-voltage cable systems, earthing, bonding, lightning protection, and CT/VT sizing solutions

  • Oversee electrical infrastructure design for renewable energy facilities and mission\-critical data centre environments

  • Coordinate stakeholder coordination, technical reviews, customer dialogue, cross\-functional collaboration, and mentoring of team members
Your skills. Our team. Together we can design the future.

Like us, you believe that leadership success comes from setting a clear and meaningful direction for your team and supporting them in handling their work. You always delegate responsibility and ensure an open and safe dialogue, and you coach your people to achieve their aspirations through constructive, fact\-based feedback. Attracting and nurturing a diverse group of high\-potential team members is at the top of your agenda, as is creating an inclusive, caring and trusting culture in your team.

On top of that, you will have:

  • Engineering degree in Electrical/Power Engineering or similar (BSc/MSc)

  • 8\+ years of experience in power systems, electrical infrastructure, renewable energy, or data centre projects

  • Practical experience with design and tendering of HV systems above 132 kV

  • Solid knowledge of HV/MV/LV systems, switchgear, transformers, relay protection, rotating equipment, UPS systems, and backup power solutions

  • Structured approach with solid ownership and technical documentation skills

  • Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder and team coordination abilities

  • Fluent in Danish and English; experience with Scandinavian TSOs and/or data centre clients
