Post Office Duty Manager 40 hours
Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Post Office Duty Manager at our SPAR Patchway store.
In this role, you will lead a dynamic team to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales in a busy Post Office environment. Reporting directly to the Store Manager and Post Office Area Manager, you will be motivated, friendly, hands\-on, and passionate about maintaining exceptional standards. Your focus will be on maximizing sales, developing your team, controlling costs/losses, and providing an efficient service to our community.
Key Tasks \& Responsibilities
●Team Leadership: Develop a motivated and empowered team through a positive management style. Oversee staff recruitment, planning, and training.
●Customer Service: Deliver world\-class customer service in line with Post Office Ltd (POL) Agency Minimum Service standards.
●Operations \& Security: Utilize relevant processes and policies to strictly control the security of people, stock, and cash.
●Performance \& Growth: Stay fully aware of Key Result Areas (KRAs) to meet and exceed targets. Generate innovative ideas to drive the office forward.
●Sales Strategy: Execute the company’s sales strategy to maximize profit and performance.
●Compliance: Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation and health and safety responsibilities as defined by company policy.

Qualifications \& Requirements
●Qualifications: No specific formal qualifications are required; but experience in Post Office management, investigations etc *essential.* We value your passion for customer service, leadership potential, and teamwork.
●Vetting: Must be willing to undergo standard Post Office financial vetting.
