The role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team delivering a range of Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) programmes for young people with complex developmental difficulties and behaviours that challenge. We work in a school near Swindon and across Wiltshire, supporting young people, families, and professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
You'll be joining an experienced and supportive team of PBS Practitioners, Assistant Psychologists, Behaviour Analysts and Psychologists who are passionate about making a real difference. The role offers plenty of opportunities to learn and develop, and several previous team members have gone on to Clinical Doctorate programmes.

About you
We're looking for someone with a positive, proactive attitude who can work directly with young people and enjoys working as part of a team. Experience of working with disability and/or in school settings would be an advantage, but we're most interested in people who share our values and are keen to learn.

Successful applicants will be invited to a two\-stage interview process. The first stage will be an online interview with two Directors. The second stage will be an in\-person visit to one of the programmes we support in Wiltshire.
