Live-in Carer

As our live\-in care worker, you will assist elderly customers with their daily activities. This can involve companionship, assisting with light housework, meal preparation, supporting with shopping, assisting with personal hygiene, laundry or assisting with medication. Alina Homecare provide full professional training and support, so you feel confident and competent in your career as a live\-in carer.

What we offer

• Flexible work pattern: 2 weeks in/1 week off, 4 weeks in/1\-2 weeks off

Responsibilities

• Providing round\-the\-clock care and support


• Personal care including washing


• dressing and grooming


• Medication management and health monitoring


• Meal planning


• preparation and nutritional support


• Household management and light cleaning


• Providing companionship and social engagement


• Accompanying to appointments and activities


• Liaising with family members and healthcare professionals


• Emergency response and night\-time support as needed

Requirements
----------------

• Minimum 6 months care experience (domiciliary or residential)


• Excellent communication skills in English


• Compassionate and patient nature


• Ability to work independently without supervision


• Enhanced DBS check (we can arrange)


• Willingness to live in client's home for placement duration


• Non\-smoker preferred


• Ability to be away from home for extended periods
