PMO Officer

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced PMO Officer for a consultancy mission at a client site, focusing on a large\-scale IT transformation programme. This role is pivotal in supporting the Program Management Team (PMT) in implementing a new back\-office system, which is a key component of the client’s IT strategy aimed at simplifying their application landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, structure, and provide program\-related information for various stakeholder groups.


• Support the Program Management Team in monitoring progress and identifying key focus areas.


• Assist in maintaining and updating programme and project plans in collaboration with different teams.


• Coordinate periodic programme reporting.


• Act as process owner for governance and reporting processes within the programme.


• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and decision\-making documentation.


• Organize and coordinate stakeholder sessions and steering committees.


• Responsible for agendas, documentation, minutes, and follow\-up of action points.


• Actively maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Your Profile:

• Several years of relevant experience in PMO, project management, or programme management.


• Experience in complex IT projects or transformation programmes is a strong asset.


• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a structured way of working.


• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.


• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and Confluence is a plus.


• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is an asset.


• Available to work on\-site in Brussels 2 days per week.
