Contract: Permanent, full‑time

✈️ Ready to Take Off with DHL Aviation?

We’re looking for a strong and motivated PM Sort Supervisor to lead our Sort Landside Team at Copenhagen Airport. You’ll run a team of 14 colleagues and play a key role in keeping our Hub running safely, efficiently, and on time.

Working hours:

• Mon–Thu: 16:00–00:00


• Fri: 17:00–00:00

✈️ Your Role

• Oversee daily sort operations and ensure smooth workflow


• Monitor performance metrics and act on deviations


• Coordinate staffing, equipment, and workload


• Lead, coach, and support your team during the shift


• Conduct briefings and ensure strong communication


• Train new employees and manage performance


• Enforce HSE standards and conduct safety checks


• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions


• Collaborate across planning, warehouse, transport, and customer service


• Drive process improvements and support Lean/5S initiatives


• Maintain high standards for safety, service quality, and team performance

Your Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills and experience supervising staff


• Structured, analytical, team‑oriented, and growth‑minded


• Excellent communication and decision‑making abilities


• Preferably 3 years of DHL process knowledge


• Experience in logistics, warehouse, transport, or operations


• Solid understanding of KPIs and workflow management


• Able to thrive in fast‑paced, time‑critical environments


• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance rules


• Familiar with DHL systems (AHS, ACA, CARA, DCVS, CDS)
