HRBP (Maternity Cover, 8-Month Contract)
About the role
We are currently looking for an HR \& Administration Specialist to join our Denmark entity on an 8\-month maternity cover contract. This role will support the daily HR and administrative operations of the local business and play an important part in ensuring smooth employee management and office administration.
This is a hands\-on, all\-round position combining HR coordination, employee administration, recruitment support, and office/general administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic international environment.
HR Responsibilities
- Support day\-to\-day recruitment activities for local positions, including job posting, CV screening, candidate communication, and first\-round coordination
- Arrange and coordinate local interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up on recruitment progress and support hiring replacement needs when vacancies arise
- Handle employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal changes, transfers, and offboarding
- Prepare, manage, and follow up on employment contracts, addendums, HR documents, and employee records
- Support local HR processes related to employee attendance, probation follow\-up, and general personnel administration
- Assist in maintaining HR trackers, employee files, and other documentation in an accurate and timely manner
- Support managers in daily people\-related coordination and HR administrative matters
- Support office and daily administrative operations to ensure the smooth running of the site
- Handle office\-related purchasing and general administrative procurement
- Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and landlords when needed
- Support employee onboarding arrangements, including workspace setup, materials, and other practical preparations
- Assist with employee activities, team events, gifts, and related budget tracking
- Follow up on administrative supplies and internal materials required for daily operations
- Provide general administrative support to both local management and the wider team as needed
- 1\-3 years of experience in HR, personnel administration, office administration, or a similar support role
- Solid understanding of basic HR operations and employee administration
- Experience in interview scheduling, contract administration, onboarding/offboarding, and employee record management
- Familiarity with local labor practices or HR administration in Denmark is a strong plus
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast\-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a proactive, hands\-on attitude
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required

Pay: 30\.000,00kr. \- 33\.000,00kr. per month
